The 865MC (86-5 series) EO cable assembly provides an 8-way optical and electrical pigtail lead for subsea electro-optical systems. Pre-terminated with male and female EO connectors at each end, the assembly integrates directly into ROV umbilical systems, subsea observatory nodes, or hybrid power-and-fibre infrastructure. The 8-channel configuration supports high-bandwidth data, real-time video, and power distribution in a single ruggedised cable.

Keep optical terminations capped at all times when not connected. Clean optical faces with approved IEC 61300-3-35 method before mating. Do not bend cable assemblies tighter than the minimum bend radius specified on the product datasheet. Flush with fresh water after recovery and inspect for jacket damage.
