SEACON MIN-M Compatible MINM, size M 26#20 (26 pins)-CCP

Seacon-compatible MIN-M Cable Plug (CCP) — 26 pin, size M (26#20), rated 600V / 10,000 psi. Full dimensional interchangeability with OEM MIN-M series connectors. Suitable for ROV, umbilical, and subsea instrument applications.

MIN-M Compatible Cable Plug (CCP) — 26 Pin

This MIN-M compatible cable plug (ccp) is engineered to the exact dimensional and electrical interface of the original MIN-M series connector platform — one of the most widely deployed subsea connector standards in the offshore industry. Designed for direct interchangeability, it can replace OEM units in existing systems without modification to mating hardware, cable terminations, or mounting structures.

The connector is specified with a size M (26#20) and a 26-pin contact configuration, rated to 600V and 10,000 psi. Gold-plated contacts and a chemically resistant elastomer body ensure reliable sealing and low-resistance electrical performance across the full operating envelope.

Why Choose Compatible Subsea Connectors

Guaranteed Interchangeability

Our MIN-M compatible connectors are manufactured to the OEM dimensional standard, verified against published mating interface specifications. This guarantees compatibility with existing mating halves in the field without the need for adaptor plates or re-cabling.

Qualified Materials and Processes

All elastomer compounds and contact alloys meet or exceed the specification requirements of the original series. Material certifications and dimensional compliance reports are available on request for customer qualification programmes.

Broad Configuration Availability

The compatible range covers cable plug, bulkhead, flange, right-angle, dummy, and PBOF variants across multiple shell sizes — providing a one-stop source for complete subsystem wiring harnesses.

Competitive Lead Times

Stocked variants are available for rapid dispatch. Non-standard pigtail lengths and specialist materials are manufactured to order with confirmed lead times.

Technical Support

Our team provides dimensional drawings, test reports, and application engineering support to ensure the correct connector is selected and properly installed for each application.

Installation and Maintenance Guidelines

Pre-Deployment Preparation

Inspect all sealing surfaces and O-rings under magnification before assembly. Apply a thin, even film of silicone grease to O-ring grooves. Verify correct polarity and contact alignment using a continuity tester before deployment.

Mating and De-mating

De-energise all circuits before mating or de-mating. Align the keying feature and apply steady, axial force. Thread the coupling ring by hand until fully engaged, then apply final tightening torque. Record mating cycle count on the maintenance log.

Post-Recovery Maintenance

Immediately cap or mate with a dummy plug after recovery. Flush with fresh water and inspect for seal damage. Re-apply silicone grease to O-rings before re-use. Replace any damaged O-rings before the next dive.
