The LIFT-2TY pendant cable features two outer high-tensile galvanised steel wire carrier elements positioned symmetrically on both outer edges of the flat cable body — providing balanced tensile load distribution that prevents cable twist, rotation, or uneven stress concentration during vertical pendant operation. This balanced twin-carrier construction is the preferred design for crane pendant control cables, hoist push-button stations, and long vertical free-hanging cable drops where twist-free operation over the cable service life is essential.
The cable carries the full range of crane control signals (start/stop, directional, speed control, emergency stop, limit switch monitoring) through fine-wire shielded or unshielded conductors in a flexible PVC or rubber flat sheath. Rated 300/500V; 12 to 36 cores; 0.5 mm² to 1.5 mm²; temperature range ‑30°C to +80°C.

Single-carrier pendant cables (LIFT-1TY) are adequate for short drops (<10 m) and light pendant stations. For drops exceeding 10 m or heavy pendant control boxes (>5 kg), specify LIFT-2TY for balanced load distribution and twist-free operation over the cable service life.
Provide us with: pendant drop length, pendant station weight, and number of daily operations. We will specify the correct steel wire breaking load with a minimum 5:1 safety factor per EN 13411-4 requirements.
