High Performance Flexible Flatform Cable Indoor/Outdoor 450/750V 70°C

High Performance Flexible Flat Cable Indoor 450/750V 70°C — PVC Flat Travel & Festoon Cable

This high-performance flexible flat cable is rated at 450/750V and a maximum conductor temperature of 70°C — designed for demanding indoor crane festoon systems, elevator travel cable installations, and automated production line cable tracks where superior flexing cycle life and consistent flat geometry are required. The cable features extra-fine-wire Class 6 copper conductors and a high-quality flexible PVC outer sheath formulated for maximum cycle life without premature cracking or hardening.

Available in 2 to 24 cores; conductor cross-sections 0.75 mm² to 6 mm²; flat profile width matched to core count; temperature range ‑25°C to +70°C. Optional shielded versions for use in drives-intensive environments.

Selection Guide

450/750V vs 300/500V Flat Cables

The higher 450/750V rating provides greater safety margin for industrial 3-phase and single-phase systems, and allows the cable to serve a wider range of equipment without voltage rating concerns. For festoon systems supplying VFD-driven crane motors (typical line voltage 400V + drive harmonics), the 450/750V rating provides appropriate headroom.
