Flexible high-tensile power reeling cable for bulk material handling reclaimers and stackers. PROTOLON EPR insulation, rubber sheath, 0.6/1 kV, tensile load 30 N/mm². Custom cross-sections available.
Bulk material handling reclaimers and stackers combine the mechanical demands of continuous drum reeling with the additional challenge of outdoor exposure, dust, and the very long cable lengths required for stacker boom travel. This flexible power reeling cable is engineered specifically for reclaimer and stacker duty, with the high tensile load rating and long-term flexibility required for reliable operation.
Construction follows PROTOLON-type design principles: EPR insulation, anti-torsion polyester braid, and a rubber outer sheath rated for outdoor temperature extremes from −50 °C fixed to +80 °C in operation.

Reclaimer cables often exceed 200 m deployed length — the full cable weight must be supported by tensile load capacity. Our 30 N/mm² tensile rating ensures safe operation at maximum boom extension.
Rubber PCP sheath resists coal dust, cement, and mineral abrasion while maintaining UV and ozone stability required for years of outdoor service.
As the boom rotates and elevates, the cable experiences complex torsional loads. The vulcanized anti-torsion braid redistributes these stresses and protects conductors from fatigue.
Available in 3-core power, combined power + control, and bus cable integrated designs to match any reclaimer electrical specification.
