DLPIL13M: 13-pin low-profile in-line male subsea hybrid connector — multiple power circuits and Gigabit Ethernet in a reduced-diameter 300 Bar body. 100% hydrostatic tested. For advanced compact ROV, AUV, and high-I/O subsea instrument applications.
The DLPIL13M is a 13-pin In-Line Male subsea connector purpose-built for demanding underwater systems operating at depths to 3,000 m (300 Bar). It transmits 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet and 300V AC/DC power power through a fully sealed, vulcanized neoprene overmold body that is pressure-tested before every shipment. Designed as a drop-in-compatible component for professional ROV, AUV, cabled observatory, and deep-sea instrumentation programs worldwide.
Unlike commercial-grade connectors that degrade rapidly in saline environments, every DLPIL13M is manufactured with gold-plated copper alloy contacts, a chemically bonded neoprene overmold, and multi-point sealing geometry that eliminates micro-gap flooding — the primary failure mode in lesser designs.

The neoprene is vulcanized directly onto the connector body under heat and pressure, creating a molecular bond with zero adhesive interfaces. Adhesive-based seals — common in lower-cost connectors — creep, delaminate, and admit water within months of sustained deep-sea pressure cycling. The DLPIL13M's overmold maintains integrity across thousands of pressure cycles without maintenance.
Every unit is individually hydrostatically tested to rated depth before shipment — not batch sampled, not statistically inferred. This eliminates latent seal defects that would otherwise only reveal themselves after expensive subsea deployment.
Gold plating on copper alloy contacts provides a thermodynamically stable interface that resists chloride-induced corrosion even after years of continuous saltwater exposure. Contact resistance remains below 5 mΩ per pin throughout the connector's service life, preserving full Gigabit Ethernet link performance.
The DLPIL13M mates with all other connectors in the 13-Pin Low Profile Hybrid family, enabling system designers to mix bulkhead and in-line terminations without custom adapters. This interoperability reduces spare parts inventory and simplifies field servicing.
Available from single-unit quantities with standard 1–2 week lead time. Suitable for prototype programs, research vessel outfitting, and production deployments alike.
The DLPIL13M is part of a fully interoperable connector family. All variants share the same mating face, enabling flexible system architectures with standardized components:
