This combined servo cable uses a dual-jacket construction — an inner jacket separates the screened signal/brake core group from the power core group before they are laid up together under the outer overall braid and outer PUR jacket. The inner jacket prevents mechanical abrasion between power and signal cores during flexing, and provides an additional barrier reducing capacitive coupling from the power cores to the signal pairs.
