Spiral coiled retractable cable for handsets, control pendants, tools, and portable equipment. Extends and retracts automatically. 300V, 2-8 cores, 0.14-0.75mm². Custom coil diameter and length.
Spiral coiled cables (also called curly cords or retractable coil cables) are manufactured by winding a flexible cable around a mandrel and heat-setting the coil shape — so the cable extends under tension and retracts automatically when released. This makes them ideal for any application where the cable must follow a moving object (handset, tool, pendant) without the excess slack of a straight cable getting tangled, caught in machinery, or creating a trip hazard.
The coil memory is permanent — the cable returns to its natural coiled length without any spring mechanism. Extended length is typically 3–5× the retracted length, with custom retracted lengths from 0.3m to 3m and extended lengths to 10m available on request.

A straight cable for a handset that travels 2m from its cradle must be 2m long — and hangs loosely when retracted. A coil cable with 0.5m retracted length and 2m extended length stores itself neatly without any cable management hardware.
In operator environments where multiple handsets or tools are used from the same station, coil cables stay with their device — they do not pile up on the work surface and become tangled with adjacent cables.
